Healthy Snacks #1

In some part of our lives all we need is to eat healthier. And then when we want to start we don’t know what to do, what to eat, gosh, it’s hard, right!? 

I’m starting a new lifestyle where I will eat healthier and do more exercise than what normally I would do.

Today I’m sharing one of my favorites & healthier (that’s a plus!!) snacks!


For making this delicious (and healthy) snack all you need to have is:
– Greek Natural Yogurt;
– Oat flakes;
– 1 Kiwi;
– Chia seeds;
– Honey (if you want to add some sweet to the snack).

See? Easy to make, healthier and so tasty! Give it a try and tell me what you think!
